Job Title:
Senior Healthcare Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Resident to join our team. As a Senior Resident, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth services of the department and taking care of in-patients emergency under the guidance of consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide expert consultation and manage all patients related to pediatrics with the knowledge of senior consultants.
- To keep abreast with latest research and development techniques in the field of pediatrics.
- To conduct and supervise all tests and procedures related to pediatrics.
- To generate reports on test and procedures performed.
- To ensure proper attention to the patient and their attendants.
- To ensure that the wards and O T rooms have equipment and facilities necessary for rendering patient care as per availability.
- To supervise all nursing, para-medical and non-medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the departments.
- To provision infrastructure and maintenance support.
- To ensure optimum utilizations of resources by the him/her and subordinates.
- To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
- To have complete awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
- To comply with the service quality process, environmental and occupational issues policies of the respective area.
- To comply with patient safety policy.
- To coordinate with Head Of Department on all matters relating to the department.
- To co-ordinate and contribute with the team for development of newer facilities.
- To be proactive in terms of patient care, planning and anticipation.
- To complaint redresses of patients.
- To take part in all regular CMEs, policies and practices.
- To select type and nature of medical consumables and equipment to be procured.
- To be well groomed, punctual, adhere to company policies and practices.
Requirements:
MBBS/MS/DNB/DGO with 0-3 yrs of exp post MS/DNB/DGO of relevant experience in a renowned Hospital.
Technical Functional Competencies:
- Computer Literacy.
- Fluent with relevant equipment handling.
Behavioural Skills:
- Good Communication skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to analyze critical situations.
- Process orientation.
- Self-Motivated.
- Go getter.
