A leading NGO/ ecumenical organization, YWCA of Delhi established in 1912 and is affiliated to the world YWCA through the National Body, YWCA of India, based in Delhi. YWCA of Delhi has projects and programs through which it provides safe places to working women and has working women’s Hostels, shelter homes, has vocational training institutes, engages in advocacy for gender justice, promotes child rights, works towards ending violence against women and empowering them while creating awareness about their individual rights.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise effective working of Hostel
- Plan and Prepare Budgets and supervise utilization
- Filing and documentation
- Making reports of any program / event / activity in the hostel
- Ensuring regular reporting to the authorities
- verifying the registers of the household stock register, electrical stock register, Plumbing

Stock register to make sure its upto date
- Verify the registers of the residents in and out register, late night register, daily

attendance register etc.
- Verifying monthly fees paid by residents
- Assisting Deputy Director / HOD in informing Staff Renewals and in Marketing for the Working Women’s Hostel
- Preparing Staff duty Roster
- Assisting the residents as and when emergency arises
- Verification of building maintenance work

**Qualification and Skills**
- Post Graduate with good communication skills in English (Written & Verbal)
- Experience in administration
- Working experience 2-3 years preferably in Hostels as Warden
- Age
- above 35 - 40 years
- Should be able to work in the software and computer (test to be taken before appointment)
- Team Player
- Ability to withstand stress (handing residents)
