Oracle HCM Cloud Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a cloud consultant specializing in Oracle HCM.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and configuring Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk.
  • Providing technical expertise and support for HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.
  • Strong understanding of process flow, set-up knowledge and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
  • Experience in any 3 HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety or HR Help Desk).
  • Technical expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
