We achieve this through our user-friendly interface and expert support.The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations, assist in transactional processes, and support reporting and compliance activities.You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while learning how data informs decision-making across the organization. You will also develop practical skills in finance, work closely with experienced professionals, and build a strong foundation for a career in financial management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and check day-to-day financial transactions,
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow),
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and organizing data,
  • Help maintain financial trackers and spreadsheets,
  • Work with teams to provide simple reports and updates,
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries,
  • Support month-end closing activities like reconciliations and documentation,
  • Provide data for tax filings and audits when needed,
  • Create simple dashboards, presentations, and summaries for internal use,
  • Contribute to small process improvement tasks and ad-hoc finance projects
Skills & Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in – Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho, Xero
