We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the delivery of flawless and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Execute Test Cases: Identify software problems through thorough testing and create comprehensive test cases.
  • Perform Various Testing Types: Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on diverse applications.
  • Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with developers to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Bug Identification and Tracking: Use appropriate tools to identify, document, and track bugs, then report issues to the development team.
  • Issue Resolution and Validation: Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and validate fixes.
  • Software Requirements Review: Participate in reviews to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Quality Standards Adherence: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manual and/or automated testing.
  • Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, Selenium, or TestRail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality products.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
