Technical Data Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our data engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient data solutions to support our business functions.

This is a full-time role that requires a deep understanding of data product lifecycle standards and practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of data systems.

  • Design and implement data pipelines using cloud computing platforms and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relevant and reliable menu data products that support analytics and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing and menu-related products.
  • Define business rules that determine the quality of menu datasets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related engineering field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools and big data ecosystems.
  • Expert knowledge of data quality functions like cleansing, standardization, parsing, de-duplication, mapping, hierarchy management, etc.
