The key objective is to develop and execute a fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from high net worth individuals (HNIs), alumni, and philanthropists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an extensive database of HNI/potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal networks.
  • Develop a target-based fundraising goal, track progress, and report through donor engagement and donation metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
