Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for non-technical positions. You will also coordinate initial interviews, manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and shortlisting candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinating and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment for non-IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office.
