Oracle Functional Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Oracle Functional Consultant.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Core HR: Develop and implement functional expertise in Core HR, including setup and configuration.
  • Security Console: Manage role-based and data security using the Security Console.
  • Geographies & Address Validation: Ensure accurate geographies and address validation.
  • Document Types & Number Generation Rules: Configure document types and number generation rules.
  • Position Management and Synchronization: Implement position management and synchronization.
  • Grades & Grade Ladders: Develop and manage grades and grade ladders.
  • AOR Templates: Create and manage AOR templates.
  • Absence Management Configuration & Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot absence management.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Core HR support and issue resolution, as well as good knowledge of HCM data structures, business objects, and workflows.

Ability to analyze business requirements and provide solutions is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be valuable assets in resolving complex issues and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
