As a Transformation Strategist, you will lead organizational change initiatives to improve business performance. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing large-scale transformation projects that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Transformation Leadership
  • Develop and execute transformation programs using lean six sigma methodologies to redesign workflows and eliminate waste.
  • Align transformation initiatives with business goals, driving measurable outcomes in areas such as productivity, billable utilization, SLA adherence, and customer experience metrics.
AI/ML Innovation
  • Identify and champion use cases for AI technologies, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation across key functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI/ML solutions and production-ready deployments.
Process Optimization
  • Apply lean six sigma methodologies to redesign workflows and minimize variation in critical business processes.
  • Conduct value stream mapping and root cause analysis workshops to uncover opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Program Execution
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to successfully execute transformation initiatives.
  • Manage complex transformation roadmaps using agile governance.
Capability Building & Change Management
  • Lead the organizational shift towards greater digital maturity.
  • Drive the creation and operationalization of a Center of Excellence for AI-augmented operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
  • Proficiency in tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, with exposure to AI platforms.
  • Strong command of automation technologies, particularly RPA tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of BPO metrics and operational challenges.
