Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our branding efforts across digital and offline platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals, working closely with cross-functional teams, and managing relationships with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead all marketing efforts, including website, social media, SEO, paid media, conferences, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and positioning within the global CDMO/life sciences market.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent business messaging and brand alignment.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to develop high-quality content for brand campaigns, thought leadership, and promotional materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of branding activities, event sponsorships, and marketing collaterals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and digital analytics to optimize performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Define, track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a CDMO, pharmaceutical, or broader life sciences environment.
  • Strong expertise in B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), website strategy, event marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and consultants for content and creative development.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
