Job Title: Creative Associate

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented associate to join our team. This role offers a blend of graphic design, merchandise design, and branding responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing materials.
  • Develop new merchandise collections based on market trends and consumer insights.
  • Produce high-quality graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use.
  • Collaborate with teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution.
  • E nsure brand consistency across all visual communication.
  • Organize and manage design files for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Stay updated on latest design tools, practices, and creative trends.
  • Support in creating impactful presentations and sales materials.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (preferably from NIFT).
  • Experience: 3–6 years in merchandise, branding, or graphic design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Access to necessary design software and tools.
