Visual Design Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Design Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and the ability to bring concepts to life across various formats and media.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain the visual language and design output for multiple brands and campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and execute creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and other mediums.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ideas that align with brand strategy.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers and visualisers to deliver high-quality work.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions.
  • Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations.
  • Present ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across various formats.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation.
