Job Overview

The SAP Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the system operates according to business models. Key responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, transforming them into abstract and algorithmic views, and customizing business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand organizational values and vision, aligning activities accordingly.
  • Protect Intellectual Property and adhere to established company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various functions to collect and provide relevant data.
  • Analyze current business processes, design flow diagrams, and prepare AS-IS documents.
  • Identify use cases and transform them into logical and technical views.
System Configuration & Documentation
  • Responsible for revenue account determinations, order-to-cash processes, pricing, output management, shipping/transportation, and business process scenarios.
  • Perform full lifecycle implementations, roll-outs, credit management, and partner determination.
  • Configure business processes such as bill of materials, free goods, back-order processing, and delivery scheduling.
  • Document all configurations using predefined templates and obtain team lead approvals.
Client & Project Support
  • Provide consulting services on SAP module selection, implementation, and support.
  • Evaluate research findings to offer strategic recommendations.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between management and project teams.
  • Monitor project progress, coach team members, and provide knowledge sharing and training.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of MTO/MTS, GST/CIN, S/4HANA, Fiori, LSMW/ALE, EDI, MDM/MDG, and business processes.
  • Experience with Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Returns, Scheduling Agreements, Rush Orders, and Cash Sales.
  • Integration expertise with FI, MM, and other SAP modules.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • Proficient in client relationship management with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
