Grow Your Staff is looking for a Outreach Intern. This is a remote opportunity.

This role is ideal for students and freshers looking to gain experience in outreach and sales with minimal time commitment. You will work directly with the team at Grow Your Staff.

Experience required: No prior experience required

Compensation: ₹2,000 per month

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 months with an option to extend

Time commitment: 30 minutes per day (Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Use your personal profile to support outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate regularly with the team to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and outreach efforts.
  • Generate B2B leads from different social platforms and emails.
  • Assist in business development by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the outreach team to learn about the industry and the outreach process.

Mandatory Criteria:

  • Must have 500+ connections.
  • Comfortable updating profile to reflect the role
  • Reliable and consistent in daily outreach
  • Strong written communication
  • Professional online presence
