Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team at NETNXT Network. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with customers. This is a junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is based in Haryana, India and is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking, to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, providing feedback and market intelligence to the management team.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Experience in cross-selling and lead generation is a plus.
- Business development skills are highly desirable.
