Analog IC Design Engineer at Onsemi will be responsible for individual block designs using CMOS process. The role requires strong fundamentals in Analog Design like capacitors, MOS transistors, amplifiers. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/VLSI/Electronics with 0-2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and simulation of analog circuits
- Verification of block level and top level analog sub systems
- Use of Cadence analogue design tools (Virtuoso Composer, Verilog) Spectre and appropriate PC-based tools (MATLAB/Python)
Qualifications
The candidate will be expected to have a strong understanding of mixed signal circuits, including blocks such as switched capacitor amplifiers, data converters, charge pumps, references, voltage buffers, IO circuits and digital building blocks.
