Civil Engineer Role

This role is responsible for delivering civil engineering projects from planning to execution. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that provides solutions for various infrastructure development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detailed Drawing Studies: Conduct thorough studies of construction drawings, schedules, and timelines to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Site Execution: Oversee site work, ensuring timely completion within the set quality and safety standards.
  • Plant Layout and Section Drawings: Analyze and study plant layouts and detailed section drawings to optimize project efficiency.
  • Soil Test Reports: Review soil test reports to validate design assumptions and ensure project feasibility.
  • Bar Bending Schedules: Prepare bar bending schedules to streamline reinforcement work.
  • Manpower Planning: Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to meet business targets.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure QA/QC processes are in place, evaluate contractor documents, and maintain field quality plans.
  • Reinforcement Work: Possess experience in reinforcement work, formwork, centering, and concreting work.
  • Billing and Technical Reports: Generate billing documents and technical reports, including BOQs.
  • Surveying Equipment Knowledge: Have knowledge of surveying equipment's operations and maintenance.
  • Daily Activities and Manpower Distribution: Coordinate daily activities and distribute manpower according to project schedules.
  • Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to ensure seamless execution of work.
  • SAP MM Module: Possess knowledge of SAP MM module for efficient inventory management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent diploma in Civil Engineering.
