Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production team to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality electronic modules and hybrid integrated circuits to defense and space customers.
  • Coordinate export sales activities and meet sales plan targets aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality and quantity objectives in manufacturing operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, including selecting, training, and motivating teams.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation abilities.
  4. Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Hands-on experience in production processes and capable of considering short-term, medium-term, and long-term requirements.
  6. Previous managerial experience in production/manufacturing, product development, and quality departments.
