Job Title: 3D Visualisation Artist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualisation Artist to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of projects. This involves look development, shading, set building and rendering workflows that achieve high-quality visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine materials, shaders, textures and environments to achieve photorealistic results.
  • Define and implement look development standards across large-scale environments ensuring efficient asset workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain consistency and quality across productions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise scenes for performance in offline and real-time rendering pipelines.
  • Ensure the highest level of detail and artistic quality while maintaining alignment with project goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance visualisation pipelines.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-7 years of professional experience in look development, shading, set building and rendering.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in V-Ray, Octane, Cinema 4d and Unreal Engine 5+
  • Artistic Foundation: Strong eye for composition, colour theory and aesthetics with ability to achieve photoreal output.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in DCC tools such as Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Maya and Substance.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced production environment.
