**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior-level Unreal Engine artist to lead our team in delivering high-quality interactive applications and experiences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Unreal Engine development, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This role requires a creative and technically proficient individual who can collaborate effectively with artists, designers, and developers to create immersive and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality interactive applications and experiences using Unreal Engine.
  • Lead project development from concept through to delivery, ensuring high standards and timely completion.
  • Integrate assets from CAD, Maya, Max, and Revit into Unreal Engine projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to create immersive and engaging content.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance and stability of Unreal Engine applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Unreal Engine and related technologies.
  • Document development workflows, best practices, and technical specifications.

Primary Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine development.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize interactive applications and experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Secondary Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Experience with 3D modeling and animation using Maya and Max.
  • Familiarity with Revit for architectural modeling and design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Game Development, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Unreal Engine development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous Unreal Engine projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
