Responsibilities:
  • Develop highly scalable applications with complex architectures.
  • Work on distributed systems.
  • Apply problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
  • Solve complex problems using technical background and good understanding of data, metrics and building models.
  • Lead, manage & develop teams in a fast-paced environment. Focus on results-driven outcomes.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Define technical requirements for new products collaborating with product managers.
  • Identify initiatives to improve software quality and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience developing, designing & scaling complex systems both horizontally & vertically.
  • Take ownership of delivery focusing on consistency, quality, efficiency and timeliness.
  • Manage multiple feature teams working on shipping multiple capabilities and features.
  • Provide technical guidance to teams on approach and architecture.
  • Align teams with the organization's process and goals.
  • Empower engineers to make significant impact for the company while reaching their professional development goals.
  • Drive engineering efficiency projects based on learning.
  • Guide team performance reviews and provide hiring inputs.
  • Own leadership & management skills, motivate teams effectively.
  • Contribute to strategic direction of the company.
