  • Establish world-class labs and automation frameworks to streamline validation processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to integrate IC design, firmware, and system engineering.
  • Drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation to ensure seamless wireless communication.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips.
  • Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and probes.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, and C++ for automation and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams.
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies.
