Job Role and Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate is a skilled Financial Analyst with experience in financial modeling, LBO models, and DCF/relative valuations. They will be responsible for preparing and analyzing historical financial statements in MS-Excel, identifying key KPIs, emerging trends, and relevant industry updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and analyzing historical financial statements in MS-Excel
  • Conducting extensive company valuations involving approaches such as DCF, DDM, trading, and transaction multiples, and EVA
  • Preparing company profiles; analytical reports/decks; earning and flash notes; quarterly updates; coverage, sector, and theme-based reports; newsletters; technology primers, etc.
  • Handling ad hoc research requests and supporting other team members

Qualifications:

  • CA/CFA (cleared all 3 levels) with relevant 4–6 years of experience in financial modeling, LBO models, DCF/relative valuations
  • Ability to identify and solve issues effectively and within deadlines
  • Strong accounting, financial analysis skills, and English writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
