Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our MEP team.

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of construction management principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project including site logistics, labor allocation, and material procurement.
  • Monitor and control costs, schedules, and quality assurance processes to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety standards on-site.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with main contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management on project progress, including highlights of successes and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership position within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on-time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
