Dynamic Corporate Social Responsibility Leader

Shanti Bhavan seeks a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our corporate fundraising and partnership initiatives. As a Senior Manager – CSR, you will develop and execute our CSR fundraising strategy, cultivate relationships with corporations, and manage donors effectively.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this role involves developing strategic partnerships, organizing donor engagement activities, and representing the organization at CSR forums and networking conferences.
- Identify and Cultivate New Funding Opportunities: Discover new funding opportunities through CSR mandates, corporate philanthropy, and institutional donors.
- Corporate Partnerships & Donor Relations: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with corporate partners.
- Grant Management & Reporting: Oversee the full lifecycle of CSR grants, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and determined professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field. A strong network within India's CSR and philanthropic sectors is essential.

• Willingness to learn platforms like Asana, Hubspot, and others as required
