Business Finance Lead Position

The Business Finance Lead is responsible for providing insightful financial data and strategic planning support to drive business performance and outcomes.

This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy.

  • Provide actionable financial insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
  • Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings with practical recommendations.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and management reports.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.
Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).

• 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
