Job Overview
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting field sales activities in an assigned area, identifying potential clients, and generating leads. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of field sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in selling loans, particularly home loans and mortgage loans, is preferred
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
