Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the real estate department and overseeing various aspects of property management.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing investment models in collaboration with market players to optimize investments.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, business acumen, negotiation skills, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investment Model Development: Create and implement investment models with market players to maximize returns on investment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with local stakeholders and governmental bodies to ensure support for Fulfillment Center expansions.
  • Communication: Establish regular communications with business owners, including finance managers, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering representatives.
  • Landlord Relations: Manage landlord relations, negotiate contracts, and oversee contractor management, including issue escalation.
  • Cost Optimization: Implement strategies to reduce Fix costs (all building-related expenses).
