Job Description- Develop test strategy, overall test plans, resource allocation, and skill mapping.
- Ensure high-quality testing and adherence to project timelines.
- Drive test improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with client and Quality Kiosk processes.
- Engage with client teams to address project risks, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Provide regular status updates to the Delivery or Program Manager and consolidate project metrics.
- Create Test Design, Execution Plans, and Schedules.
- Assign tasks efficiently within the team and manage workload.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and new requirements.
- Conduct daily defect discussions and ensure SIT/UAT coordination.
- Implement metrics measurement and reporting for continuous improvement.
