Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Chennai, India
Experience: Minimum 10+ years
Industry: IT/Software Development/Engineering
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the IT or Software Development industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CMMI (Level 3 or higher) and ISO 9001/ISO 27001 audit processes.
- Proven track record of leading and managing ISO and CMMI audits, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
- Strong experience with quality management systems (QMS) and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on driving data-driven improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and senior leadership.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality assurance.
