Job Title: Regional IT Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional IT Operations Manager to drive standardized service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence in global IT operations. The ideal candidate will oversee procurement processes, ensure PRs/POs are created and processed accurately, and act as the escalation point for localized IT and service issues.

  • Develop strong relationships with local business stakeholders and central IT teams to ensure alignment of regional IT services with global corporate standards.
  • Manage procurement and finance processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time.
  • Ensure standardized IT services (internet, telecom, printers, etc.) under corporate control.
  • Align regional IT setups with global standards and processes.
  • Provide troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will also possess the following preferred qualifications:

  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP MM/FICO or equivalent) for procurement and finance workflows.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience in multinational or regional IT operations.
