**Financial Professional Wanted**

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of experience in finance and a strong background in accounting, business, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing management reports covering financial highlights on a quarterly and monthly basis, including cost optimization levers.
  2. Preparing weekly reports required for management analysis.
  3. Producing special reports required by the business head on respective enabling departments.
  4. Forecasting and analysis: managing and coordinating the monthly forecasting process, working closely with business to manage and coordinate the monthly forecasting, developing and performing analyses of financial metrics as well as performance measures, developing reports showing movements in financial records like cost comparison and variance analysis.
  5. Budgeting, cost control, and optimization: preparing and tracking budget utilization, knowing zero-based budgeting techniques is an advantage.
  6. Experience of evaluating investment proposals in terms of criticality, financial impact, and cost-benefit analysis.
  7. Deriving initiatives to bring cost optimization and strengthen the process.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • CA/MBA/ICWA qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
