About The Job

The Data Archiving Consultant role is responsible for overseeing the archival process of data, ensuring it is properly stored and maintained. This involves working closely with various teams to develop and implement strategies for efficient data management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing server administration, including adding/removing authorization and handling annual access audits
  • Coordinating divestment activities, such as extracting and transferring archived data to buyers
  • Ensuring software management, including installing and troubleshooting applications like Enterprise Scan and WinViewer
  • Activating/deactivating archive infrastructure and running catchup archiving tasks
