Job Title: Associate Director, ProductionJob Description:
  • The ideal candidate will combine a strong production background with excellent client-servicing skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables and team empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee all stages of production projects from initial briefs to final delivery of assets, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  3. Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  4. Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  6. Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  7. Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within BFSI sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
