Business Transformation Lead

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and client fulfillment initiatives.
  • Identify, source and recruit top-level executives using AI tools and competency-based interviews.
  • Administer psychometric assessments, interpret results, and create candidate recommendation reports.
  • Consult with clients, understand needs, provide timely updates, and manage end-to-end search processes.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to appoint Transition Coaches, facilitate chemistry meetings, and monitor transition coaching success.

Qualifications:

  • Strong consultation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and assessing candidates.
  • Excellent client management skills, planning, organizing, follow-up, and execution.
  • MBA from an institute of repute and prior experience in executive search is mandatory.
