Business Process Transformation Specialist

Transforming business processes to drive operational efficiency is a key objective in today's fast-paced business environment.

  1. Identify opportunities for AI adoption and translate business needs into actionable solutions, ensuring measurable business value from AI initiatives.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to convert business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML teams.
  1. Develop comprehensive business cases, ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for AI initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI projects and track project outcomes and business impact.
  1. Ensure effective collaboration between business units and technical teams, act as a liaison, and facilitate cross-functional communication.
  1. Guarantee that AI solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in AI/ML projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
