Condition Monitoring Engineer

About this role:

This position involves providing engineer-level support for the condition monitoring of rotating equipment using various techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and video-scopy.

The successful candidate will utilize online and offline data acquisition techniques to analyze and provide necessary recommendations on maintenance needs to avoid major breakdowns of the equipment.

Key responsibilities include carrying out detailed analyses of condition-based data, monitoring and analyzing condition monitoring data, and preparing corrective action recommendations on observed fault defects.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of condition-based maintenance techniques, machine condition monitoring, balancing, alignment, and troubleshooting.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and accredited vibration analysis training Cat I. Experience in condition monitoring with a minimum of 23 years is also necessary.
