Job Title: Procurement Expert

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Expert to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional negotiation and communication skills, a proven track record of driving sales growth, and a high level of resilience and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish contact with potential business customers through phone calls, emails, and other electronic communication methods.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to business services, effectively managing objections to close sales deals.
  • Make 80-100 cold calls daily, engaging in meaningful business conversations to uncover gaps where our solutions can provide value.
  • Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation techniques to meet customer needs and secure sales agreements.
  • Develop customized solutions for customers, positioning our services as essential resources for their operations.
  • Set appointments or close deals with customers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software.
Requirements:
  • A minimum education level of 12th pass or Diploma is required; additional education may be beneficial.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with persuasion abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • High resilience and adaptability, capable of handling challenging sales situations and overcoming objections.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
