Coupa Support Specialist Role

As a Coupa Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support for Coupa P2P modules on a daily basis. This entails handling requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses within the Coupa platform. Additionally, you will be required to monitor system performance, promptly resolve technical and functional issues, and collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.

  • Support Coupa users in their day-to-day activities, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Monitor system performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance user experience and streamline operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other Procure-to-Pay systems.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement and finance processes, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Coupa certifications or training.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
