We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 2–6 years of experience in managing the tendering and proposal development process for projects in carbon markets, renewable energy, environmental services, and nature-based solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and submit high-quality tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids that meet client and sector requirements.
  • Evaluate tender documents to identify compliance needs, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and experts to gather input, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • Develop compelling technical and commercial proposals tailored to sustainability projects.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.
  • Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up with clients and partners.
  • Support market research, pipeline development, and competitive analysis related to tendering.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Relevant
  • Experience: 2-6 years in Tender Management in climate change and sustainability
  • Tendering expertise in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects
  • Direct experience working on tenders for GIZ, World Bank, ADB, UNDP, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines
  • Organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Prior experience drafting proposals for sustainability, carbon credits, or renewable energy projects
  • International donor, development bank, or corporate exposure
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
