Real Estate Transaction Specialist

This role involves the management of real estate transactions, including capital raising and land deal structuring.

Key responsibilities include preparing information memorandums, financial analysis reports, and marketing materials such as presentations and proposals.

  • Create business development opportunities through networking, industry seminars, and client interactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and corporates to originate debt and land supply deals.
  • Manage transaction processes from start to finish, including financial analysis, target identification, deal structuring, negotiation, and due diligence.

Skill requirements for this position include:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for the real estate sector and ability to think critically.
