We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee architecture design and build projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues in a timely manner.
  • Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in regular project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve project management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
