We are seeking a seasoned Validation Strategist to spearhead validation efforts at Compliance Group Inc.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess 6-12 years of experience in developing and implementing validation strategies and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  • Establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. FDA, ISO) and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for performing risk assessments, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing external vendors, and ensuring end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills, you will provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to Quality Assurance, senior management, and stakeholders.
