Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing complex operations to lead our organization as Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.

The ideal candidate will have a mastery of Industrial Engineering and Planning, Lean Manufacturing concepts, and a deep understanding of the WOVENS industry. They will be able to oversee all manufacturing related activities, manage a team of professionals, ensure effective implementation of business strategies, and develop strong relationships with international clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Manufacturing Operations: Oversee all manufacturing related activities, including on-time shipments, AQL, efficiency, etc.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage a team of professionals with expertise in IE/Planning and LEAN Manufacturing concepts.
  • Implement Business Strategies: Ensure the effective implementation of business strategies and goals.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Foster Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineering and Planning Expertise: Mastery of IE/Planning and LEAN Manufacturing concepts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of WOVENS industry.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 28-33 years of experience in apparel manufacturing.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Operational Management: Able to manage complex operations and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • International Work Experience: Experience in international work environments.
  • Formal Education: Formal education in a related field.
