Job Role: Sales Lead Generation Specialist
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute strategies for generating sales leads, creating value propositions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Design and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including meeting notes and follow-up tasks.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
To excel in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to think critically and strategically. You should also be proficient in MS Office and have a basic understanding of sales analytics and data visualization tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or a related field.
