Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to the team's success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Showcase ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also a plus.
• Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization is highly valued.
