Data Engineer and AI/ML Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to be part of our team at MNR Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, experience with machine learning systems, and the ability to handle complex data processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to process and integrate large datasets from various sources.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to provide clean, structured data for training and deploying AI/ML models.
  • Design and implement data architectures, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Optimize data processing workflows and queries to ensure high performance and scalability of data systems.
  • Integrate data from disparate sources and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala.
  • Experience with big data frameworks like Apache Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML principles and familiarity with machine learning tools and libraries.
  • Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to create data visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on AI/ML projects.
