Cloud Infrastructure Architect

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our organization as a Cloud Infrastructure Architect. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing large-scale cloud infrastructure deployments across global delivery models.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and governing complex cloud environments, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms, security, and compliance. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions.

Key responsibilities will include defining and maintaining cloud architecture blueprints, aligning designs with business continuity, scalability, cybersecurity, and performance goals, and championing platform rationalization and simplification initiatives.

You will also be responsible for evaluating emerging technologies, such as zero-trust architectures, SD-WAN, SASE, edge computing, and infra-as-code, and guiding technology onboarding initiatives.

In addition, you will own and enforce architecture principles, standards, and reference models, conduct architecture reviews and design approval boards, and ensure compliance with InfoSec, GxP, and SOX frameworks.

Other responsibilities will include partnering with delivery, cybersecurity, and service teams to translate designs into build/run, coaching engineering teams and upskilling delivery units on architectural best practices, and driving architectural discipline across distributed delivery ecosystems.

The successful candidate will have 12+ years of infrastructure experience, with 5+ years in an architecture role across global delivery models, and will possess certifications such as AWS Certified Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or GCP Architect. They will also have expertise in architecture modeling and documentation, vendor engagement and technical negotiation, and cross-cultural communication and stakeholder influence.
