Customer Data Specialist

Are you passionate about ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data?

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining high-quality customer data across various platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and assigning new exceptions on the Data Cleansing Environment (DCE)
  • Responsible for data quality projects, data cleansing projects, data auditing, SAP testing
  • Ensuring that all modifications adhere to data governance guidelines
  • Communicating with internal and external customers, including field representatives

You will be working closely with internal stakeholders to validate account information and ensure seamless data integrity that supports our business processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
